Follow the timeline, Barry Hales was hired at Athol Green co-op about 2 1/2 months after, when on March 1 and 2, 2018 heard in Small Claims Court in Toronto, ON. (Hales v the "Co-Op") re: Hales claim for wrongful dismissal. In the May 28, 2018 Judgement [66] "I find that the Co-op was justified in terminating Mr. Hales employment." CLICK Judgment HERE

Ken Newman Goodmoon Hummel had done plenty of finger-pointing prior to May 16, 2018, and lots of finger-wagging after May 16, 2018. Some people may had asked themselves or wondered what type of hiring process may had been used in reaching decision to hire Mr. Barry Hales back in 2018, and Ms. Anna Curto back in 2020.
Ken Newman Goodmoon Hummel's Facebook timeline in 2025, and 2024...raise issues about Athol Green co-op governance, and management in relation to Co-op elections for board of directors, hiring some outside contractors, CHFT, and misconduct of supplied Meeting Facilitator/Chairperson at Co-op AGM's and GMM's, and growing lack of information and transparency during the Anna Curto, Office Coordinator Era and her so-called Board of Directors Linked on Facebook...

Ken Hummel is Calling the Question, did CHFT and/or CHF Canada have any influence in the hiring decision process and/or make recommendation to the Board at Athol Green Co-operative Homes Inc. to hire Mr. Barry Hales in 2018, and Ms. Anna Curto on September 1, 2020? - In Ken's view, the answer to this question is perhaps highly probable.
