Some may conclude that CHIE's strong links that share FREE information about Internal Controls, Fraud detection and prevention are superlative when compared to what the Co-operative Housing Federation of Canada has to offer its Member Housing Co-operatives. Many of CHF Canada's educational resources are available for a FEE that must be paid by its Member Co-operatives.

What must be required is Principled Leadership, Good Governance and Management with Accountability. Co-operative and Social Community Housing Stakeholders should not accept anything less.

Follow Your CHIE, not a Failed Status Quo. The Culture of Silence at member Co-ops, and at Social Community Housing needs to end that Surround the practice of poor or bad governance and management.

Profiting in the Canadian non-profit co-operative housing sector, CHF Canada  lobbyist expect Taxpayers to solve the inherent problems with this type of co-op housing that's been on the long road of self-destruction for over 40-years!
